I’ve had students come in with no money or real estate experience, fix their credit, secure funding in under two months, and close their first deal—all by following the steps in this program.
No! We fix and build your credit as part of the program. If your credit isn’t where it needs to be, we’ll work on removing negative items, adding positive accounts, and positioning you to get approved for funding.
