Inside the program, I teach you how to secure $100K+ in personal and business funding from banks, credit unions, and alternative lenders. Even if you don’t have cash, you’ll learn how to leverage credit the right way to start investing.

I teach my students how to find and manage contractors, whether they’re investing in their own city or out-of-state. Since I’ve invested in multiple states, I share my out-of-state experience and provide strategies to help you build a solid renovation team no matter where you invest.
